Now, therefore, all Seniors will have to brace for the retaliation at, of all others at home and outside. Even the passionate and most hopeful are stunned. He calls kins - makes coercive extortion bids and ignites fury and slugfest. He causes wrongful restraints and wrongful confinements; names Seniors disrespectfully S. 111 of BNS, 2023 is attracted. 06. It is also fully substantiated and is also on record, where Hon'ble Competent Authority’s judicial Order dated 09.10.2023 was passed. It was when the ganged-up club of Vishal, Varun and Ankur had sought a huge sum of ₹12,06,432/-, through his AMSLLP’s multiple threats, as organized criminals do, spreading from 12.08.2021, 07.09.2021 to March, 2022, from me, for which ‘they’ / he had no bases whatsoever. Vishal, Varun and Ankur scrambled and harried with fees of several lakhs to a learned advocate Mr. Khilli Mal Jain, Advocate, (Ex-Commissioner Disability, Rajasthan), 100 Kms away at Alwar, for threatening me, in writing dated 07.09.2021, ‘to pay’ and “to not to indulge in any of the legal activities otherwise ‘I’ will be responsible for all the consequences and costs thereof.” 07. I, then, new to this regime, was forced to brace it, and at my paying, as fees, ₹2,55,000/- and promising to pay ₹3,22,000/-, to my 22 learned advocates, such learned advocates had rightly advised me that barking dogs do not bite. His farce and fiasco is a slur, though in the back-drop of high and mighty labels of alma mater at USA. Vishal, Varun and Ankur failed to produce any Judgment / decree / order of Hon'ble Civil Court. Kya Saviour aisa hota hai. Kya kisi ko Koi akl naam ki cheeze Ankur mein dikhayee dee? He recklessly vexes me, when I am aged 75 years, not a kid, amid all his deeds, as if he is now pretending, as my, SAVIOUR. 08. Ashiana Housing Limited had itself for wrongful gains, projected Ankur, at fanciful boast as if a hall-mark - “Ankur Gupta Joint Managing Director Ankur Gupta is the Joint Managing Director of the company. Mr. Ankur Gupta is a Bachelor in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University (USA) and an MS in Real Estate from New York University (USA). Mr. Ankur Gupta focused on residential projects for senior citizens during his research work at University. His experience was to put to good use at Ashiana Senior Living projects and currently he leads Marketing & Sales and Facility Management segments. He has around nineteen years experience and is associated with Ashiana for the last seventeen years.” is woefully behind his. so identified, only as Tormentor of Seniors. Mr Ankur Gupta has himself belied all his claims and disparaged his alma mater and lowered image of institutions. Ankur quarrels even with his lessons received. 09. Let Ankur state one lesson learnt, one seed sown at those institutions that had erupted and pushed him to defraud Government Exchequer (Central Gound Water authority - Rajasthan Pollution Control Borad); make encroachments, torment Seniors and yet as cover-up and after thought, irritate by claiming, as adding Zindagi to years of Seniors. His ways of adding Zindagi are worse than the feared - notions and need for skin - hiding or alleged disability. 10. AHL had woefully claimed that Mr Ankur Gupta was : “putting to good use at Ashiana Senior Living projects and currently he leads Marketing & Sales and Facility Management segments’ which, therefore also, evinces that AHL had also projected Ankur Gupta and identified as the key culprit. Leaving all others, Ankur seems to have made best use of for wrongful gains at such big and enchanting labels of academic grandeur, notwithstanding his DISCLAIMERs. 11. Mr Ankur Gupta needs to introspect. Let him state his one act as is for any benefit of, much less adding Zindagi to years of Seniors at Senior Living Seniors and Super-seniors. He would in that too, fail. 12. Mr Ankur Gupta’s egregious, deprave and 24x7 pursuits involvement in organized crimes and other acts and omissions, including dismiss his all projected metamorphosed pretentions. 13. At his choosing to go public, I had cautioned Ankur before and now I warn him. However, it too, remains his choice. 14. He defrauds Government Exchequer. Steals free power back-up from Apartment Owners’ D/G sets, STP, encroaches; abuses their men, material, machinery and money; as Jharoo-Pocha Service Provider, is both warned / even caught month after month in most dishonestly and fraudulently raising excess amounts, non-admissible charges; runs commercial business which is prohibited at, seeks esoteric Reducible Interest Free Management Deposit; makes duplicate entries in ‘his’ bills and expense sheets. He names no ones at and even does not name Apartment Owners at monthly maintenance bills. 04. Patently foolish to pretend while following Shri Om Gupta (AMSLLP and AHL had already over years looted crores of rupees - Hon’ble Appellate Authority, BIDA’s order dated 22.12.2023) for causing 24x7 extreme torture, torment and trepidation to Seniors and Super Seniors, now revealing that a female Resident (001/300) urged him to allow (?) her cycle for 10 mts. for 7-10 days per year; 5/6 Nos. singing and dancing or modelling at AHL’s ceildith, as ‘Jashn’ for 20 mts. per year; the Guest now lashing, as now erupting as fiery frown, by tweaking of ‘Uncle’, as abuse, as shame ageing; and though clueless at ‘UNCLED BOY’, as the occasion for phenomenal venomous pouting chuckle and giggle. 20 mts. and 365 days per annum mein to bahoot fark hai. There are 1800 Residents at Ashiana Utsav, Bhiwadi. Pahle kaam to theek karo. Mr. Ankur Gupta - ab kis ko bewakoof banate ho. 06. Yah Mr. Ankur Gupta woh hi hai jo hamare 10,000/ rupaye advance lene ke baad hamein muscle power se dedicated dining hall ki entry ban karta hai. 07. Damage done by HOST is mounting. 08. Madam, it is a very good video and useful. Thanks a lot for that. But please correct the Indian map which might be correct from international standards but violation of Indian laws.

The problem that since Mumbai is an island it cannot grow horizontally is not a problem at all. Its an excuse by the politicians and builder nexus to build skyscrapers and coastal roads on expensive Mumbai land and even worse bridges in the ocean(e.g. Bandra-Worli sea link) to make quick and huge money at the expense of destroying nature (and its beauty), of sane living in and of sane development of Mumbai. The FSI must be fixed at 1or less and the height of buildings must be fixed at 98 feet or less both depending on the natural underground water-table level (this will control the population explosion and keep population at the right level/square km. Also this will prevent an already worldwide hazardous phenomenon called 'the sick building effect' which leads to death due to cancer, kidney failure, TB, chronic respiratory disorders amongst others. Also this will prevent an already worldwide catastrophe i.e. flooding that happens because higher FSI and taller buildings lead to larger underground foundations of those buildings which leads to less space for water both in the rocky aquifers and the soil which leads to a catastrophic rise in the water-table which leads to flooding. Also this will prevent tripling or quadrupling of electricity bills which happens because tall buildings lead to almost no daylight penetration on the ground or inside the houses or offices which leads to usage of electricity throughout the day for light and air-conditioning which leads to multiple times higher bills. ) . The island (seperated by the Ulhas river) must be connected to its surrounding cities that are NaviMumbai, Shreesthaan (Thane), Vasai-Virar by bridges across the river ( bridges already existing and Trans Harbour Link across Ulhas river brack waters near Panvel creek) and further by roads (roads already existing) and metros (not existing) to Shreesthaan (Thane), Kalyan-Dombivli, Navi Mumbai, Panvel, Badlapur, Ambernath, Vasai-Virar. Not by making insane coastal roads (including bridges) in the ocean and on the beaches destroying all the open spaces (beaches) and beautiful (happiness-giving) views (the sea,the horizon, the sky, the sunset) and the underwater flora and fauna (including planktons that light up the sea at night) forming the entire seaface. The Worli Seaface is gone. Completely desecrated. There must not be any bridge in the ocean (from Bandra to Versova: Save Juhu Seaface a 7 km long seaface, which is the most visited beach in Sindhusthaan, with immediate effect ) or on the beaches or shore areas or hills/mountains) to obstruct and hinder beautiful views from the beaches or from anywhere inland. There must be unobstructed, unhindered views,as there are now, (except the Bandra-Worli Sea Link plus a new addition now the coastal road which makes ugly the view from Bandra, Mahim, Worli). Also from such beautiful places as beaches, seashores and others, the skyscrapers must not be visible. Mumbai is the number 1 tourist (local i.e. from the city, from the state, national, international) destination in Sindhusthaan (India) because of its hills including Andheri (Andhra Giri or Dongar which is 200 feet tall, monolithic, mesozoic era, 6.6 crore years old, the only one inside a city in the whole world, one of the only two anywhere in the whole world, heritage site ), 6 rivers (Ulhas river which forms the Shreesthaan i.e. Thane creek and the Vasai creek to form the Shatshasti island, Mahim river i.e. the so-called mithi river, the Oshiwara river, the Shreesthaan (Thane)/Mulund river, the Dahisar river, the Poisar river), streams+ tributaries+ rivulets (nalas) all over the city, 19 beaches, 104 sq km National park, Thane creek National wildlife sanctuary, Aarey colony (including forests which the Modi/Fadnavis gov converted into a development zone from a no-development zone to build the metro 3 car shed by passing a legislation i.e. law after the courts and the Green Tribunal stopped their work, Chhota Kashmir garden, film city's lake), mangrove forests, wetlands (including 'khaadis' along the nalas), natural and heritage man-made saltpans, more than 88 lakes, 150 ancient caves, more than 950 gardens and parks of Mumbai, playgrounds (maidans), sports complexes, swimming pools, recreation clubs, stadiums, beaches of Vasai-Virar, Palghar and Raigad amongst other tourist attractions. The value of Mumbai's natural resources of aesthetic concern and/or man-made tourist attractions must be conserved by not making man-made structures (including skyscrapers, transportation infrastructure ) near it or visible from its location. People of Maharashtra must go to court and also do an andolan against the gov (Modi gov, Gadkari gov, Fadnavis gov, Shinde gov or Thackeray gov or Gandhi gov or Pawar gov or any gov) that plans and permits such purposeful desecration of natural beauty and, with immediate effect, get a permanent ban on desecration of and a permanent law for protection of natural beauty of a heritage state that is our Maharashtra.

Ashiana Umang Jaipur is one such great society but the maintaince people under Ashiana needs to learn some manners and get their attitude corrected. Ankur sir though it was an easy transaction for you into this business but I believe you along with your brothers have worked very hard to take your fathers business to another level, but sir please select your staff carefully. They should respect your customers and hold them high as it’s we who are buying the houses making your business flourish. I had a very bad experience with Mr Ravi at Ashiana Umang yesterday and sad that no one has taken any interest in the happening. Yesterday I felt sad to be an owner in one of Ashiana built society. Specially the way he respected a retired armed personnel and doing Tu Tadak with me was sad. I might sell and shift out soon. Sorry sir but best of luck and hope your business flourishes more.
